Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: The LH side is shown, the RH side is similar.

1. NOTE: If installing a new module, it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to the diagnostic scan tool prior to removing the module. This information must be downloaded into the new module after installation.

   If using the IDS scan tool, make sure the software level is at 73.02 or higher. Upload the module configuration information from the SODL or SODR into the diagnostic scan tool by following the diagnostic scan tool on screen instructions. For additional information,

1. Remove the rear wheel and tire assembly.
   Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04A Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).
   

1. On each side.
   Torque : 1.5 Nm

1. Torque : 1.5 Nm

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
